Welcoming Dave to IPM

We are delighted to announce that Dave Taylor has been appointed as Chief Operating Office at IPM Facilities Ltd and starts his new position at the beginning of June.
Dave brings with him a wealth of experience across a whole range of high-quality grounds maintenance and installation projects.
Throughout his career Dave has been integral in the winning of 16 BALI awards and added 5 Principal BALI awards to that total. Â He also has numerous other awards under his belt, including 6 Wildlife trust and 8 RHS in bloom awards.
Dave started his career as an apprentice and completed his level 2 in Amenity and Nursery growing. He continued to progression within the horticultural industry and in 2005 moved into a role within management working alongside some of the UK’s leading corporations, educational facilities and tourist attractions.
Dave has worked within a variety of roles from Contract Management, Senior Accountant Manager, Regional Manager, National Operations Manager and more recently within ESG.
Biodiversity and sustainability are at the forefront of his management approach, and he equally understands the demands and standards required to achieve excellent customer service.
Outside of work Dave is married with 3 children. He is a school governor and supports his local primary school’s wildlife garden, where he has kept bees and taught beekeeping for several years. He enjoys walking in the mountains, running and traveling with his family.
