IPM is its people. The main driver behind our success and year-on-year growth can be directly attributed to the skill, dedication, and hard work that everyone within the business gives to ensure a great outcome for our clients, every time!
For almost a quarter of a century, we have been dedicated to helping service our client’s buildings and estates all over the UK. Today, our focus is on building upon our reputation, by ensuring that we are a customer-centric organisation. With a full range of services, tailored to our client's needs and over 25 years of experience, we know that partnerships with our clients are key to our success.
We are uniquely positioned in the market to be able to undertake large projects, yet still, have a local presence throughout the UK to undertake smaller maintenance programs our clients require. We are a friendly bunch and thrive on being considered one of the most reliable companies in the industry, so for all your building and estates requirements, we’re just a call away.

At IPM Facilities, our values are the foundation of everything we do. From how we work with our customers, to the way we treat our people… always with respect. Staying true to our values means more than doing our best for our customers, it ensures that services meet their requirements at all times.
We adopt the best environmental practices wherever possible and we'll always go the extra mile to reduce costs, improve results and look after the environment. We meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations by focusing on four cornerstones:
Our business is all about building strong relationships based on trust. So we speak honestly, act respectfully, and communicate clearly among ourselves and with customers.
Doing more for our customers means thinking creatively and harnessing the latest innovations. We embrace change and when change happens, we'll adapt to meet those changes.
We empower everyone to explore new ways of improving our services. Our people take responsibility for their decisions, making sure their actions are in your best interests.
Meeting our customer’s expectations isn't enough, we want and aim to exceed them. Whatever the services we provide, we strive to set standards that others can only try to follow.
Our headquarters are based on the Surrey/Hampshire border; however, we have regional depots and offices the length and breadth of the UK.
In some areas, we work closely with our strategic supply partners to provide our clients with a seamless service.
Our efforts over the past 12 months continue to centre around four areas. These form part of our long-term, sustainable approach focused on improving the representation of women, and all under-represented groups, across all organisational levels. They are as follows:
Leadership
Enabling more women into leadership positions through targeted development interventions for female talent;
Resourcing
Ensuring our resourcing is fully inclusive and we are hiring from a diverse talent pool
Career Development
Taking action that supports the career progression of underrepresented groups; and
Reward & Recognition
Offering a powerful, engaging, and diverse reward & recognition proposition that rewards the right behaviour and celebrates inclusion.
According to the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) only 17% of the UK's workforce in the landscaping space are made up of women, with the vast majority of that in a management role or higher. Within construction, this drops to just 11% where again, the majority is in a management role or higher. IPM is pleased in being able to say that 21% of our workforce is female, with 21.05% in Management roles or higher
Workforce
Overall Wage Gap
Senior Management Wage Gap
Middle Management Wage Gap

In conclusion, IPM is very proud of the fact that there is a very close parity across the board on salary, and has a much higher than industry average representation.
