CLIENT SATISFACTION

Client feedback is very important to us, as it is the main barometer, we use to measure our success. We offer all our clients a blind reporting tool on our work, and to date, 97.3% of all feedback as comeback ranking as either Great or Good. Naturally, we want to be even higher and we take on any criticism to help us better deliver our services to our clientele.

We have partnered with Customer Thermometer to help us obtain impartial feedback from our customers. After a job is completed a survey is sent to the client which they can complete very quickly online. This data is then fed back to IPM in real-time giving us a better understanding on what we are doing well, and areas which we can improve upon
