Supporting children and families through fundraising and volunteering

IPM Facilities is proud to announce a new charity partnership with Dreams Come True, a national charity dedicated to enriching the lives of children with a disability, serious illness, or life-limiting condition by making their dreams come true.

The partnership marks the beginning of a wider programme of fundraising, volunteering, and community initiatives that will bring colleagues together while making a positive difference to children and families across the UK.

For many years, IPM has supported a wide range of community and charitable projects alongside its clients. This new partnership provides an opportunity for the business to take a more active role in leading its own fundraising activities and volunteering projects, helping create meaningful impact beyond the environments it manages every day.

About Dreams Come True

Dreams Come True is the only UK wish-granting charity focused on supporting children living in the highest areas of social deprivation.

Whether it's a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, technology that helps a young person communicate more effectively, or a memorable family experience, each dream is designed to have a lasting impact on a child's confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

By partnering with Dreams Come True, IPM aims to support the charity's mission through both fundraising and practical support.

More than fundraising

Throughout the year, colleagues across the business will have opportunities to take part in fundraising activities, volunteering projects, and community initiatives in support of the charity.

One area where IPM hopes to make a particular difference is through garden makeover projects for children and families. Drawing on the expertise of its grounds maintenance, landscaping, and operational teams, the business hopes to support the creation of safe, welcoming outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed for years to come.

The partnership will also provide opportunities for employees from across the business to get involved and give back to local communities through volunteering.

Taking on the North Downs Challenge

Help our team reach our £1,200 fundraising target for Dreams Come True. Whether it's £2, £5, £10, or more, every donation will make a difference and will be hugely appreciated by both the team and the charity.

To launch the partnership, seven members of the IPM team have signed up to take on the North Downs ULTRA Challenge in support of Dreams Come True.

The team will be walking 25 km through the Surrey countryside while raising funds to help Dreams Come True continue creating life-changing experiences for children and families who need them most.

This challenge is the first of several fundraising activities planned throughout the year and forms part of IPM's commitment to supporting the charity through both fundraising and volunteering.

As the partnership develops, IPM will be sharing updates on fundraising progress, volunteering opportunities, and the projects delivered in support of Dreams Come True throughout the year.
