Our GEM Awards recognise the people who consistently go above and beyond. This quarter, we are proud to celebrate Brendan Carter, one of our Grounds Maintenance Operatives, for his outstanding contribution across multiple sites.
Based at Solent Business Park, Brendan has played a key role in supporting not just his own site, but the wider grounds maintenance operation. Over recent months, he has volunteered his time to assist both the Hampshire Corporate Park and Solent mobile teams, helping to cover shortfalls and ensure service continuity for our clients.
Balancing this additional support alongside his responsibilities at Solent Business Park has meant long days and added pressure. Throughout it all, Brendan has maintained a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed.
His collaborative approach and team-first mindset have made a real difference, strengthening relationships across teams and ensuring standards remain high across every site he supports.
