IPM Facilities is delighted to announce a significant multi-site award with Cushman & Wakefield and Aviva Investors, securing 34 locations within the tender portfolio.
This partnership will see IPM working closely with Cushman & Wakefield to care for and enhance a diverse commercial estate across the Midlands and South of the UK. Ensuring each property remains welcoming, safe, and professionally maintained.

IPM will provide reliable, high-quality grounds maintenance, litter picking, and pest control across each property. Our services will include:
Grass cutting, edging and trimming
Low-level hedge and shrub maintenance
Weed and pest control
Autumn and winter leaf collection
Seasonal planting programmes
These services will ensure each property is consistently maintained, supporting tenant satisfaction, visitor experience, and overall asset performance.

The portfolio includes several prominent retail and leisure properties across the UK, including a 195,000 sq ft retail park in Southampton, which will a key focus for IPM.
IPM’s teams will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield, providing attentive care and proactive management to maintain presentation, safety, and operational excellence at this flagship asset, ensuring tenants and visitors enjoy a welcoming environment every day.

IPM’s structured approach ensures Cushman & Wakefield has complete visibility and confidence across the estate, with every site maintained to agreed standards.
Every property will receive:
Monthly inspections at every property, supported by digital reporting for full transparency and performance tracking
Routine quality audits carried out by Regional and Account Managers, ensuring accountability at both site and leadership level
Seasonal works planned in advance, including structured planting schedules and pruning programmes
Weather contingency measures embedded into the annual service model
Regionally positioned contingency labour and equipment to maintain service continuity during adverse conditions
