Welcome to IPM: Tom Glancy Joins as Operations Manager

IPM Facilities is pleased to welcome Tom Glancy to the team as Operations Manager, further strengthening our operational leadership across grounds maintenance and landscaping services.

A career built from the ground up

After graduating with a degree in Environmental Management from Sheffield Hallam University, Tom began his career working on grounds teams in Dorset. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for a career built on practical knowledge, strong leadership, and a clear understanding of service delivery.

In 2010, Tom stepped into his first contract management role, overseeing services across the South of England. He went on to hold senior positions within national providers, managing large and complex portfolios while contributing to significant periods of business growth.

More recently, Tom has been working within high-end residential environments across London and the Home Counties, further strengthening his attention to detail and client-focused approach.

A strong connection to community

Outside of work, Tom plays an active role in his local community. He supports a local football club committee, coaches youth football, and serves as a school governor. He also enjoys getting out on his bike and exploring new routes.

Tom’s experience and leadership make him a valuable addition to IPM. We look forward to the role he will play in supporting our teams and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
