IPM Landscape Division has recently completed Phase One of a landscaping project at Watchmoor Park, near Camberley.
The project which centred on the main entrance avenue involved tree works, ground works, earthworks, planting of box hedges and turfing.
Over 200 tonnes of topsoil was imported, spread and contoured prior to turfing and planting.
Paul Wilton, Senior Director of managing agents Colliers International commented after the completion of the works “the future concept at Watchmoor Park is to remove the old overgrown shrubberies and create an “open clean feel” to the Park. We have achieved this now for the main approach road and will look to implement additional works around the estate to further this goal. We were extremely pleased with IPM Landscape Division professional approach and execution of the project. The project was well managed, with minimal disruption to our tenants, was delivered on time and to budget. The finished result is tremendous, the Park once again has the “wow factor”, as it did 25 years ago when it was the leading first generation out of town business park in the Blackwater Valley.
Another job well done
