IPM Facilities are pleased to announce that our charity of the year for 2020 is Transform Housing and Support. Transform are a charity based across Surrey, West Sussex and parts of Berkshire who help socially excluded, vulnerable and homeless people to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Working in the property industry, this charity is one that is close to IPM Facilities' heart and one we are looking forward to helping in every way we can.
During 2020, IPM Facilities will be focusing all of our charitable efforts towards raising money and supporting Transform Housing & Support. In the past we have joined various clients on charity events and challenges and are pleased to be launching our own this year.

Who are they?
They are the largest supported housing provider in Surrey. They are a local charity dedicated to the prevention of homelessness. They provide housing, care and support to socially excluded and vulnerable people to enable them to go on and live independent and fulfilling lives.
The people they support include:
- those who are aged 16 years and upwards
- homeless people and those at risk of homelessness
- people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol dependencies or physical or learning disabilities.
