After reviewing the recent nominations, we are pleased to announce that the latest winners are Katy Wood and Dominic Nugent.
Katy joined IPM in May 2022 and now leads our landscaping helpdesk. Her work presentation, organisation, and ethic are exemplary, but her genuine care and pride in her work truly stand out. We often receive positive feedback from clients and suppliers about Katy. In addition to her professional dedication, Katy is a passionate baker. She recently baked delicious brownies for a client meeting. Katy's dedication and enthusiasm make her an invaluable member of the IPM team.
Dom joined IPM with minimal experience in the landscape sector, yet his determination to succeed has truly shone through. Not only has he adapted, but he has also exceeded all expectations, representing IPM superbly. Dom frequently works with two different foremen on various contracts, and both have nominated him for the GEM award, highlighting how highly regarded he is within the team.
