We are thrilled to announce that Neil Fleming has been appointed as our New Managing Director.
Neil started with us in March 2016 when we were appointed as the New Head of Landscaping. His extensive experience in commercial landscaping resulted in sharp growth of that area of our business.
In 2021, Neil was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), requiring him to work closely with both areas of our business, landscape and building management. During this period, he developed strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders making him influential in our business, enabling him to progress his career to Managing Director.
Mark Noakes, who acquired IPM Facilities Ltd in 2015, now hands over the day to day running of the business to Neil. Mark will continue to be a key part of our company and moves into his new role as CEO. He will support Neil and the other senior management team to ensure the business continues to thrive.
“Neil's practical approach, operational expertise, and customer focus have helped him develop quickly and coupled with great leadership, has resulted in real development for our business.” said Mark.
Over the last four years, we have had significant growth – both financially and geographically, with turnover increasing by 50% and the landscape and property management of over 250 new properties.
