IPM Facilities Ltd is a successful Commercial Facilities Maintenance company who are dedicated to servicing our clients properties to the highest standards. Our clients are prestigious Management companies who contract us to ensure their Business Parks and Retail Parks are smooth running and look immaculate.
We have a strong helpdesk team that works closely with our fabric and landscaping divisions to offer the highest standard of service, supported by sub contractors and our grounds maintenance personnel.
The successful candidate will report to the Landscape Division Manager and will manage grounds maintenance contracts in the south UK region.
The Role
To manage and develop professional and effective operational teams ensuring objectives are set, monitored and achieved
Contribute to commercial success and operational delivery by managing costs, auditing sites and achieving service improvements.
Schedule works and teams to achieve optimum efficiency
Maintain and foster a strong health & safety culture
Ability to find workable solutions to problems as they arise
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Strong plant knowledge and soft maintenance & landscaping skills are essential
Hard landscape construction experience an advantage
Excellent time management and organizational ability, with a fine eye for detail.
Strong IT, Excel and Word skills essential – administration forms an important part of the role
Positive can do attitude and able to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively
Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution
Ability to communicate at multi levels with staff and clients
Management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment
Full clean UK driving licence
Certificates of training and competency in landscape maintenance works
