At IPM, we’re stepping up to the challenge by participating in Plastic-Free July, a global movement that encourages individuals and businesses to reduce their plastic consumption.
Here are some examples of how we’re reducing single-use plastic waste throughout our company:
Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products: By utilising eco-friendly cleaning products that are free from harmful chemicals and packaged in sustainable materials, we’re minimizing our environmental impact while maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
Reducing Plastic in the Office: We’re actively working to reduce the amount of plastic we bring into our offices. This includes initiatives such eliminating plastic cutlery and straws from our kitchen areas, and encouraging employees to use refillable containers for snacks and lunches.
Paperless Communication: Another way we’re reducing plastic usage in the office is by prioritizing paperless communication. We’ve implemented digital document management systems and encouraged staff to opt for electronic communication methods whenever possible. By reducing our reliance on paper, we’re also reducing the need for plastic-based printer cartridges and toners.
