Senior Management Team

Mark Noakes Managing Director Mark has over 30 years of industry experience and before acquiring IPM, was Operations Director for multi-national facilities & landscape company. Mark has used his wide ranging financial and business expertise to drive IPM’S development since acquiring the business in 2008. Quality and service have always been at the forefront of his business philosophy and is proud to have seen IPM grow into a quality national service provider. When Mark is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing and a variety of sporting activities. Neil Fleming Chief Operating Officer Neil has been working in landscaping for almost 40 years and heads up the Landscaping Team. He oversees the Landscape Team for IPM, ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently. In his spare time, Neil enjoys his music and going to the cinema, and at the weekends he helps out at his local football club either coaching or running the line. Julie Gardiner Director of Property Management Julie is an Associate Director of IPM and has worked for the company for 13 years. She has been responsible for much of the close customer development over this period as well as promote the significance of customer service through relationship development and support via the Helpdesk. The challenges presented over this time mean that IPMF has created a very professional interface to many prestige clients. Julie has a great team, three Operation Managers, one Assistant Operations Manager and a Helpdesk team of four. Her current focus is to further develop IPM's service maintenance contracts profile and continue to grow the company through accurate, fast turnaround of customer requirements. On a personal level she has a very full and rewarding time with family and friends.

Landscaping Team

John House Head of Landscaping John has worked his way up through the landscaping industry for over 16 years. John has experience of managing various sites such as prestigious business parks, retail parks and local authority properties. John has a keen interest in landscaping and enjoys working within IPM’s Landscaping Team. John hopes his experience and high standards help the division to continue to grow. John has various horticulture and health and safety qualifications as well as being a qualified Bee Keeper. When he isn't tending to his bee's, he enjoys watching his favourite football team. Fraser Mullen Operations Manager Fraser has worked his way up the ladder over the past 20 years starting with a diploma in Horticulture to put him in good stead for working on various projects whether that is golf courses, cooperate sites or private houses, over the years.
Through hard work and helping others develop, Fraser joined IPM in the Landscaping division where his experience and high standards help the business grow for the future.

In his spare time Fraser likes to enjoy time with his family and playing golf. Kostas Sword Operations Manager Having completed a National Diploma in Horticulture in 2007, Kostas worked at the prestigious Leeds Castle as a woodland gardener before working for various landscaping companies and progressing to a contract management role. Kostas is organised and meticulous and strives on delivering consistent high standards for his clients.
Kostas has joined IPM as an Operations Manager to help grow the department over the coming years. In his spare time, Kostas enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys photography, playing golf, snooker and is a keen DIY-er.”
James Bradley Operations Manager Jame sstarted in the Garden Centre Industry as a tree and shrub advisor in 1990. Moving into the Grounds Maintenance Industry in 1996 as an operative and has worked his way up with various companies on numerous Local Authority Contracts inlcuding the Met Police, Housing and Schools Contracts and the Highways over the last 24 years. During this time he have gained various qualifications, skills and experience along the way.
James now works within our Landscape Division as an Operations Manager, helping the company to grow and fulfil more contracts.
When not at work, he spends time withhis family and enjoys DIY, watching F1, NHL and Rugby. Jay Bartlett Assistant Operations Manager Jay joined IPM in in June 2014 and originally joined as a part time employee in the landscape division. He soon worked his way up to become a foreman and now has recently made the transition to Contracts Supervisor. He has gained many qualifications and experience during his time at IPM and currently holds first aid and CSCS certification. Jay took on this position in January 2018 and has thoroughly enjoyed the challenges his new role has brought with it. When not at work, he enjoys following his football team and spending time with his family. Ryan Ball Operations Manager Ryan has been working in the landscaping sector since 2004, in that time he has worked his way up from being an operative, foreman, and supervisor looking after grounds maintenance teams and landscape construction on commercial properties and woodland, through to living walls and roof gardens and now operations manager for IPM. His wealth of experience will benefit the company as it grows throughout the midlands and beyond, as Ryan will oversee IPM's operations in that part of the country. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with my growing family, clay pigeon and game shooting.

Property Management Team

Geoff Layton Operations Manager Geoff joined IPM in 2012 having spent over 20 years in the sign industry where he successfully ran his own business. He is responsible for supporting Facilities Managers with the Fabric Maintenance of their properties which include retail parks, industrial estates and offices. Geoff is focused on the development of both new and existing clients and has strong customer focus and a flexible attitude to client requirements whilst building working relationships, project management and re-active maintenance are key elements of his role and Geoff will also ensure good health & safety practises for both staff and contractors. Outside of work, Geoff enjoys football, and cooking for friends & family. Alasdair McKinnon Operations Manager Alasdair has built up his experience working as a carpenter before progressing to be a site supervisor then working his way up into management where he has spent over 10 years managing building and maintenance contracts. Since joining IPM, Alasdair is responsible for managing a wide range of clients within the property management sector of the business. He has a strong customer focus and a flexible attitude to client requirements whilst building relationships and working within the team. In his spare time Alasdair enjoys a wide range of sports activities but mostly running and swimming. Adam Richards Operations Manager Adam began his working career at British Airways as a sub-contractor, for various companies running various sites within the airport spanning over 14 years. He then turned his hand to becoming a county court Enforcement Agent for outstanding judicial warrants. After much deliberation Adam decided to return to the Facilities sector and has recently joined us at IPM as our new Assistant Operations Manager.

In his spare time Adam enjoys playing football and golf. He is also a keen movie watcher and loves to socialise with friends and family.

Accounts Team

Vicki Eason Accounts Manager Vicki’s background is mostly within an SME environment in varied sectors, from Charities, to Veterinary. She joined IPM in 2021, heading up the Finance department. While maintaining our high standards, her aim is to support her team, streamline process and use her expertise to the assist the growth of IPM. When she’s not working, you’ll find Vicki spending time with her family, particularly her little boy.
Jenny Kirsten Accounts Administrator Jenny has over 30 years finance experience, mostly from the construction sector. Jenny is working in the accounts payable department and its her responsibility to make sure the costs are captured correctly, and suppliers are paid on time. Jenny is originally from South Africa; she came over the UK with her son in 2014. When not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friend, and enjoys travelling.
Debbie Harris Accounts Assistant Debbie has over 40 years experiance working in a range of administrative roles. At IPM, Debbie assists the accounts department ensuring all our contractors are paid on time and in full. When not working, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. Sam Hartgill Junior Accounts Assistant Sam joined IPM after leaving college in Basingstoke, where he studied sport and exercise science. He previously worked at Sainsburys doing a variety of job roles for the company.
Sam works closely with the other members of the bookkeeping team to ensure costs for jobs are correct and suppliers are paid on time.
Outside of work he enjoys going out with friends and spending time with family, playing and watching football and going to the gym.

HelpDesk Team

Debbie Warren Head of Helpdesk Debbie has been with IPM for 12 years now, heading up the Helpdesk which is an integral part of IPM's offering. Leading a team of 5, Debbie is the point of contact with both our Operation Managers and clients alike. Working closely with our Operation Managers, Debbie and her team have ensured our clients are fully supported from instruction to handover.
Debbie McBratney Senior Helpdesk Co-ordinator Debbie joined IPM Team in August 2018, as a Senior Landscape Helpdesk Co-ordinator after previously having worked in the facilities industry for Mitchell & Butlers pubs (Miller & Carter, Browns, Harvester’s). At IPM, Debbie is responsible for heading up the landscaping arm of the IPM Helpdesk, working with our clients and contractors to ensure works are completed, are on time and within budget. Outside of work Debbie enjoys clay pigeon shooting, playing tennis and socialising with friends. Jess Vaughan Helpdesk Co-ordinator Jess joined IPM in 2014 and has flourished since, building on her customer relations and confidence in the process. Jess is part of the Helpdesk Support Team and is responsible for the vetting and managing of new contractors in accordance with company policy's. In her spare time Jess is a keen photographer of wildlife. Being part of a facilities company, she has learnt a few tricks about home improvements which she has put to good use on her own home. Scott Howard Helpdesk Co-ordinator Scott joined IPM Facilities in 2016 following roles within the Compass Group and four years' service in the NHS. Scott's responsibilities range from liaising with suppliers and clients to sourcing materials for future projects to creating analyses tools for our operations team. Scott heads up our customer perception initiative, ensuring we gather and analyse customer feedback so we can improve our services further. Outside of work Scott is a dad to two little boys so most of his spare time consists of entertaining his kids, however away from fatherhood he is an avid football fan Anda Wright Helpdesk Co-ordinator Anda joined IPM in 2021 and is the youngest member of the team, having worked previously as a hairdreser. At IPM, Anda is a part of the helpdesk support team and working with our clients and contractors to ensure works are completed on time, and on budget. Outside of work she enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with family and going to the gym.


Business Support

Kemble Nagan Business Manager & Head of Compliance Kemble's background is predominantly in fintech's and startups, helping to develop business processes, as well as developing marketing and business growth plans. Having sold his own company in 2013, Kemble has experience in many areas of business and joined IPM in 2017 as part of their expansion plans. Kemble works closely with the senior management team to help develop the processes required for the business to grow and evolve, as well as heading up all the compliance obligations of the business as an ISO accredited company. In his spare time, Kemble enjoys outdoor pursuits, playing tennis and golf, and watching football. Sophie Holmes Business Support Administrator Sophie has joined IPM following a management position in retail. She is very excited to be working in a new industry with new challenges.
At IPM, Sophie will be working in Business support, with a focus on IPM’s environment impact study.
In her spare time, Sophie has recently taken up paddle boarding. She also reclaims and recycles old wood to handcraft rustic signs with her partner. Shanique Joseph Health & Safety Manager Shanique is originally from the Caribbean of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. She spent 11 years in the Royal Navy as a chef before she got bitten by H&S bug.
When not at work, she is very family oriented and spends most of her time with her kids, watching her favourite TV shows and going for long walks
