With the weather dropping to near zero on many of our client's sites, our mobile gritting teams were out all night ensuring all roads, paths and public walkways were clear of ice, ensuring a safe environment for our client's tenants.
With such a good and long summer this year, it's almost a distant memory of February this year when the UK was hit with the Beast from the East, where we saw IPM's gritting team in constant action. Not only due to the weather, but we were one of the only firms who had managed their salt supply properly and still had some, and we were being called in from other companies to help cover their shortage.
