Vicki Eason appointed to IPM Facilities Board of Directors
We are pleased to announce that Vicki Eason has been promoted to the Board of Directors at IPM Facilities, recognising her contribution to the business and the leadership she has demonstrated over the past five years.
Previously Associate Director of Finance, Vicki has played an important role in developing IPM’s finance function during a significant period of growth for the company.

Since joining IPM five years ago, she has helped transform the way our accounting department operates, strengthening financial processes, improving efficiencies and supporting the wider business as it has continued to grow.
Reflecting on her appointment, Vicki said:
“I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the past five years and excited to take this next step. Joining the Board gives me the opportunity to contribute more widely to the future of IPM and play a greater role in shaping what comes next.”
Her contribution has extended well beyond the day-to-day management of the finance team. Vicki works closely with colleagues across IPM, providing financial insight and guidance to support decision-making and ensuring our financial operations continue to develop alongside the needs of the business.
Her appointment to the Board reflects both the impact she has already made and the important role she will play in IPM’s future.
Mark Noakes, CEO at IPM Facilities, said:
“Vicki’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and recognises the commitment, expertise and leadership she has demonstrated over the past five years. I’m delighted to welcome her to the Board and look forward to working with her as we continue to grow and develop IPM.”
As a Board Director, Vicki will bring her financial expertise and understanding of the business into IPM’s wider strategic decision-making, helping to shape the company’s next stage of development.
Her promotion also represents another important step in the development of IPM’s senior leadership team as the company continues to evolve.
Congratulations to Vicki on a well-deserved appointment.
