Now, this is what tree planting is all about!
6.5 tons of root ball, 13 years of mature growth and over 11 metres tall, this week we were on one of our client's site installing pine trees.
The site already had similar trees and over the last couple of months, IPM has worked with various nursery's selecting the perfect tree to match the rest of the row. It was delivered on the back of an articulated lorry and heavy lifting equipment was needed to get it into place.
Once in, and the bed tidied up, it looked as though it was always there and sat perfectly with the rest of the pine trees on the site.
