Long Service Awards: Celebrating 15 years of dedication

Our CEO, Mark Noakes, had the pleasure of presenting 15-year service awards to two of our senior groundsmen, Tom Rowley and Shaun Atkinson.

From founding landscape colleagues to long-serving experts

Tom and Shaun have been a part of IPM Facilities since the launch of our landscape division. Over the past 15 years, they have demonstrated exceptional loyalty, professionalism, and commitment to both the business and our clients.

Between them they have won received numerous internal recognitions, including "Going the Extra Mile" and "Excellence in Health & Safety", and in all their years with IPM, they have never raised a complaint – true stars of the team.

To celebrate the occasion, Mark joined Tom and Shaun for lunch to reflect on their journey, share stories from the early days, and look ahead to the future of the division they helped build.

Mark commented:
