It's that time of the month again where we sit down with a member of the IPM team and ask them 20 questions to find out a little more about them. This month Alice Hithersay, head of HR and Compliance for IPM.
We caught her whilst making a cup of coffee and gave her an hour to have a think about them before sitting down with us. So here goes...
How long have you been working with IPM?
Over five years now
What do you do at IPM?
I look after the HR function and Compliance – which is health & safety and our ISO standards, and the company administration
Describe yourself in one word?
Unique!
Any pets?
If I didn’t work…horses, chickens, cats, dogs
Favourite film?
To name only one would be an injustice to all the others
Which actor would play you in your biopic?
I liken myself to Phoebe from ‘Friends’… quirky with a particular way of viewing life ha ha
Biggest phobia?
Don’t really have any…feel the fear and do it anyway I reckon
If you were an animal, what would you be?
A bird of prey…what a great way to see the world
What do you like most about your job?
The people I work with and the variety of my role

What is the strangest fact you know?
The Titanic had four funnels but only three of them were real, they added the fourth for aesthetic reasons.

Oh tough…Brian Cox (I could listen to his voice all day), Judi Dench – adore her, Audrey Hepburn – I bet she was lovely…oh, is that three already?…shame.
