After reviewing the recent nominations, we are pleased to announce that the latest winners are Rhys Minchin and Mark McDowell.
Rhys has worked for IPM now since February 2021, and during this time he has helped immensely in all aspects. He looks after a large portfolio of contracts to a very high standard and often offers a helping hand with other colleagues, no matter how busy he is at the time. He is very good with clients, and we often get very good feedback.
Mark has consistently demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and an excellent level of dedication to his role. Not only has he met and exceeded his targets, but he has also gone above and beyond in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional customer service, particularly on some of our most challenging projects.
