A big congratulations to Amy and the team over at the Arlington Business Park, Theale for winning the Thames Valley Property Award's for Business Park Innovation Of The Year.
This award recognises the role the parks play in the region’s economy and celebrates the ability of the developer, owner or management team to create a sustainable environment.
The Park was transformed by Patron capital and APAM, and saw off stiff competition from the likes of Basing View in Basingstoke.
IPM have been fortunate enough to have worked along side the Arlington Business Park for some time now and have help realise the ambitions and ideas the park's management have had.
