Welcoming Sian to the IPM Team!

IPM Facilities is excited to welcome Sian Thomas as our new Head of Marketing and Communications, bringing fresh energy and expertise to the team.

Sian joins us with several years of experience in B2B companies, a strong design background, and a real passion for content creation. She’s worked across brand, marketing strategy, and storytelling, helping businesses share their stories in creative and engaging ways.

In her new role, Sian will be leading IPM’s marketing and communications strategy, working closely with teams across the business to showcase the great work we do, the incredible sites we care for, and the strong partnerships we’ve built along the way. She’ll also be working with our clients to highlight the projects and successes that make IPM Facilities unique.
