It is most peoples dream to meet their idols, and this week, Ross Kemp was lucky enough to meet IPM's very own Keiran Fleming.
The international star, who is in high demand and who's work is always exceptional bumped into the actor on his way from the gym, and couldn't resist the chance to get a snap with Keiran.
Kemp said afterwards, "meeting someone who I have long looked up to for inspiration really made my day".
When Keiran isn't signing autographs and taking selfies with the public, he can be found leading one of IPM's mobile job teams as foreman.
