IPM are delighted to announce we have been awarded status as a LANTRA Approved Training Centre and Provider.
This recognition marks an important milestone in our continued commitment to supporting our colleagues and maintaining the highest standards across the services we deliver.
As expectations within the Grounds Maintenance and Property Management sectors continue to rise, accredited training ensures our teams are fully equipped to meet those demands with professionalism and confidence.

Who is LANTRA?
LANTRA is one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies for land-based and environmental training. They have developed quality training and nationally recognised qualifications, delivered by a carefully selected network of approved training partners.
Strengthening in-house training and development
By becoming an accredited training provider, IPM strengthens its ability to deliver structured, industry-recognised programmes directly to our teams. This means training is not only accessible and consistent but also aligned with national standards and best practice.
In-house delivery gives our colleagues immediate access to recognised qualifications. This strengthens technical capability, reinforces safe working practices, and supports clear professional progression across the business.
Neil Fleming, Managing Director of IPM Facilities, said:
“Gaining LANTRA status is a proud moment for everyone at IPM. For us, it’s not just about accreditation – it’s about our people. Placing our colleagues at the heart of everything we do means giving them the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed. This recognition allows us to deliver first-class training in-house, ensuring that our teams are always prepared to meet the growing demands of our industry. Ultimately, when we invest in our people, we strengthen our service, support our clients, and build a better future for all.”

What this means for our clients
For our clients, this status provides confidence that the teams operating on their sites are trained to nationally recognised standards. It demonstrates our commitment to consistency, compliance, and quality in every aspect of service delivery.
Raising standards across the business
We believe that investment in people is investment in the future. Achieving LANTRA Approved status also strengthens our long-term position as a responsible and standards-led service partner.
By embedding accredited learning into our operations, we are investing in sustained performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Through structured training and clear operational standards, we strengthen governance, health and safety, and our broader ESG strategy. This ensures every project is delivered responsibly, safely, and sustainably.
