IPM Trainee awarded BALI student of the year 2015

IPM Facilities are pleased to announce that our landscaping trainee, Joshua Noakes, has now completed his second full year at Merrist Wood College.

Joshua has qualified with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Landscape Construction, achieving top marks for the course.

He has also been awarded “Student of the Year” by the Merrist Wood Landscape Department for the past two years.

Speaking to Alice Hithersay, IPM Facilities Ltd Compliance and Training Officer, Joshua commented, “The past two years at Merrist Wood have been great, I have learnt so much about the industry. The skills and knowledge I have learnt will be key in terms of personal and business development.”

Due to Joshua achieving top grades, we are pleased to announce that he is also the winner of the prestigious BALI Chalk Fund Student of the Year Prize 2015.

Joshua commented, “I am thrilled to win such a top award and to be recognised by BALI”.

Joshua attended an awards ceremony at Merrist Wood to receive the award and cheque.

Coverage will be featured in both, “ProLandscaper Magazine” and BALI’s “Landscape News”.

Joshua will continue working for IPM Facilities during this Summer, but is then off to further his education at Sheffield University to study Landscape Architecture.
