Due to changes within the Service Desk team, we are delighted to announce that Scott Howard has accepted a promotion to Senior Service Desk Coordinator
Over the past 18 months, Scott has taken on more responsibilities, liaising with the accounts department, running the winter services helpdesk and mentoring and training of our new service desk starters.
Everyone here at IPM would like to congratulate Scott on his promotion and wish him every success in his new role.
