After reviewing the recent nominations, we are pleased to announce that the latest winners are Ian Millward and Anda Wright.
Ian consistently keeps Theale Business Park to an outstanding standard, his drive and passion for the site is a credit to him. His interaction with his site team is a contributing factor in their buy in of making the Park look as good as it does.
As Ian says “it’s not just cutting grass and weeding, its attention to detail and fineness that keeps the standards.”
Anda has strengthened relationships within the team, offered support to new staff members, and consistently managed to maintain her own workload to a high standard. Anda has not only managed her workload well but has exceeded all expectations and that of her the operations managers.
