Cameron Beeton recognised for outstanding progress

Since joining IPM in 2025, Cameron has consistently demonstrated the attitude, commitment and willingness to learn that make a real difference.

His dedication earned him a promotion to Grounds Foreman at ARC Oxford in January 2026. Although still at the beginning of his supervisory journey, Cameron has already made a significant impact on site standards, team morale and client relationships.

Several clients at ARC Oxford have taken the time to recognise Cameron's contribution, praising his professionalism, positive attitude and the high standards he brings to the site.

What impresses us most is his continued desire to learn, develop and challenge himself. His commitment to continuous improvement has made him a valued member of the team and a worthy recipient of this quarter's GEM Award.

Exceptional teamwork at ARC Oxford

The ARC Oxford grounds maintenance team has been recognised with a GEM Award following significant improvements delivered across the estate. Congratulations to Robert Long, Richard Edge, Kevin Goff, Leigh White and Cameron Beeton, on this well-deserved award.

Through their commitment, teamwork and attention to detail, the team has continued to raise standards across the site, earning excellent feedback during the latest quarterly landscaping inspection. The inspecting landscape architect from McGregor Smith highlighted the considerable improvements made to the site, reflecting the team's hard work and pride in maintaining one of the UK's leading science and innovation campuses.

The positive impact of the team's work has also been recognised by the client, who shared the following feedback:

"The onsite IPM team should be incredibly proud of everything they have achieved. They have worked exceptionally hard and delivered so much in a short space of time. A huge thank you as well to everyone at IPM for providing us with such a fantastic onsite team."

This recognition reflects the dedication shown by every member of the team and the collaborative approach they bring to the contract each day.
