Nick Jacobs – Exemplary professionalism and support

Nick Jacobs, our service desk co-ordinator, was nominated by IPM’s senior team for his exceptional professionalism in addressing challenges, showcasing his deep understanding of both job requirements and client needs.

Nick has been an invaluable source of support to our Operation Managers, particularly during difficult periods. His outstanding telephone manner has helped him build strong relationships with many of our clients, and he consistently makes himself available to assist team members whenever needed.

With his remarkable can-do attitude and great sense of humour, Nick is a true asset to our team. He deserves recognition for his dedication and hard work, especially given the challenging environment in which he operates. It’s an absolute pleasure having him as part of our organisation.

Guy Stocker – Enhancing standards across Solent Business Park

Guy Stocker has been instrumental role in enhancing standards across Solent Business Park. We have received several emails from our client praising the site’s presentation, and several members of the public have approached team members to comment on how much better the park looks.

Guy is an excellent communicator with management, demonstrating forward-thinking approaches and genuine passion for the park’s appearance. He manages his team exceptionally well and has recently been able to loan a team member to assist with other operational needs without any negative impact on the park’s maintenance.

He regularly goes above and beyond, using his own time to support the company by running errands such as collecting materials and handling other essential tasks. His dedication and leadership have made a noticeable difference to our operations.
