GEM Awards | Q3 2025: Celebrating IPM’s latest winner

We are happy to share that Carl Donoghue has been recognised with our Going the Extra Mile Award following a number of recent nominations.

Carl has provided exceptional support to the FM teams, particularly in managing the aftermath of repeated antisocial behaviour on site in the form of late-night car meets. Carl often stays late and goes the extra mile to ensure significant amounts of litter and debris are cleared quickly and thoroughly, maintaining standards for both our client and site users.
