This month marks a significant milestone for IPM Facilities as Neil Fleming (Managing Director), John House (Head of Landscaping), and Jay Bartlett (Operations Manager) all celebrate 10 years with the business.
Neil Fleming joined IPM in 2016 as Head of Landscaping, bringing extensive commercial landscaping experience and a clear focus on raising standards. His impact was immediate, driving strong growth within the division and strengthening our reputation for quality delivery. In 2021, he stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer, broadening his responsibility across both landscaping and property management. During this time, he played a central role in developing client relationships, supporting operational excellence, and guiding the business through a period of substantial growth.
Today, as Managing Director, Neil leads with warmth, support, and a practical approach that inspires the team every day. Colleagues consistently appreciate his guidance, valuing his knowledge, dedication, and the care he brings to both people and projects.
This milestone is made even more meaningful as two other valued team members also celebrate 10 years with IPM.
John House has been instrumental in shaping our Landscaping division. Progressing from Operations Manager to Head of Landscaping, John has helped transform the department into the high performing, quality driven service it is today. His focus on client relationships and consistently high standards has strengthened our delivery across every site.
Jay Bartlett’s journey reflects the opportunity that exists within IPM. Starting as a Jobs Team Operative before being promoted to Operations Manager, Jay’s progression is a testament to dedication, development and a commitment to getting the job done to the highest standard.
