IPM is pleased to celebrate George Lyons 10 years work anniversary and proud to have him as part of our team.

George has been maintaining the grounds at Arlington Business Park, Theale for 10 years. He joined the Park’s gardening team straight from school as a temporary worker and very soon after was awarded a full-time contract.

George has seen the Park transform from what was more or less a building site 10 years ago, into one of the most prestigious Business Parks in the UK, and over that period George has also been involved in the implementation of new landscape schemes and a very high standard of landscape maintenance.

George commented “The 10 years that I have been on the site have flown past and it feels like only yesterday that I started! The Park feels like being at home to me, just like my own back garden, I take the same pride and enjoy working to a very high standard. I love to hear compliments from the park users and the park management team, it makes all the hard work worthwhile!”

At the presentation Park was with his work colleagues, Ian And Jack, Neil Fleming, Mark Noakes and the Parks and Operations manager, Amy Coles.
