Landscape Improvements

During all seasons of the year our dedicated landscape maintenance teams work hard to maintain and improve the overall look of many sites for our client on a national contract. We don’t just stop there. Our operations manager James Leatherby works closely with all client regional operations managers that work within the national contracts to take the sites to the next level. James has spent time walking around sites managed by the client to create new ideas to sustain the site while also concentrating on finding a right direction and path to improve the look and integrity of the residential areas.

This can be from planting healthy new trees to planting new schemes of colour within beds located around the sites. Sustainability towards the environment is our intention and it helps increase planting knowledge to the residents and the local community. We have installed plants around the country to help provide the right surroundings for endangered species. We have also controlled the disruption the storms have caused and utilised this within these works. Our dedicated Jobs teams have been installing new fences and secured grass areas with newly installed knee rail.

James said “every site is different and although the fundamentals are consistent we try to think outside the box in directions which are unique to the site. There is a two way management scheme with myself and the client, working closely together every year to improve the residential areas that we work so hard to maintain. I am proud of the work we have done and look forward to taking the next steps to improving these residential areas next year.”
