The new landscaping contract at Bedfont Lakes that IPM won in July is now well under way. New equipment and schedules have been introduced to revitalise the site. Word is spreading and since then we have taken on another two landscaping tenders including Hampshire Corporate Park in Southampton. With Autumn upon us our landscapers are busy maintaining these sites and preparing for the colder months ahead.

Further to the landscaping maintenance at Green Park we have recently taken on the cleaning at 100 Brook Drive and 4 The Square.  With the help of our new cleaning technicians that we are delighted to invite to the team, we are bringing these buildings up to the exacting standards of our client and potential tenants. 

Now that we undertake the pest control, waste management, cleaning and landscaping at these and other buildings we are able to offer a holistic and pro-active approach to our clients’ maintenance needs.  Our clients have one port of call and then we can handle the rest.
